Scaling Super HEERO (SSH) is an initiative aiming to replicate and scale community-driven energy efficiency and clean energy initiatives across multiple sectors, including shopping centres, schools, public buildings, hotels, and energy communities.

SSH operates at the intersection of technical solutions, digital enablement, and citizen engagement, leveraging the connection between buildings and their users to generate new value streams. These include:

The project focuses on large-scale replication of energy efficiency and clean energy initiatives, demonstrating that citizen-led approaches are central to accelerating the energy transition, particularly in residential and municipal contexts where behavioural change, digital tools, and accessible services converge.

CWD contributes as a digital innovation enabler, adapting its energy management platform for the Italian market to:
